      故障分析与排除：

      • 点击桌面右下角的程序图标（如下图所示）

      • 检查服务器地址是否与手机或者平板上的服务器地址相同

      • 尝试进入“后台管理” - “工具” - “故障检测工具” - 停止并启动一次“手机平板服务”

      • 检查设备本身的Wi-Fi是否连接正常

      • 查看桌面右下角的网络连接图标图标，检查主机本身网络是否联通正常，是否有感叹号
